THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above Plan was on the 27th February, 2026 completed. A copy of the Plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member (Lands), Housing and Urban Development and the County Director of Physical Planning in Kabarnet. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member (Lands), Housing and Urban Development, or deliver it to the office of the County Executive Committee Member (Lands), Housing and Urban Development, Baringo County Government Headquarters,Kabarnet and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
