GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4155

WHEREAS Plista Owino Obala (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Migori County, known as Kamagambo/Kamwango/1131, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Rongo in Succession Cause No. E177 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Consolata Achieng Owuocha, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Plista Owino Obala (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
