REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harson Orinda Onyango (deceased) is the registered proprietor of all that property known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/2108, situate Migori County by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Rongo in Succesion Cause. No. E153 of 2024 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Samson Onyango Orinda, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued earlier to the said Harson Orinda Onyango (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiry of Sixty (60) days shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
