THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Karimi Mugo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.33 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Inoi/Kariko/539, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in 1208 1208 Succession Cause No. 397 of 1995, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Daniel Muriithi Karimi and (2) Charity Karimi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Daniel Muriithi Karimi and (2) Charity Karimi,, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Karimi Mugo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
