THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Janet Wambui Gakari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the Kiambu County, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 20/31, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E198 of 2024 directing the name of Janet Wambui Gakari (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Lawrence Karori Mwangi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Janet Wambui Gakari (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intedd to dispense with the production of the daid title deed and proceed with registrationof the said instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Janet Wambui Gakari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
