GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4137

WHEREAS Kimani Mathu alias James Kimani Mathu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.675 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Karai/Gikambura/1307, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 242 of 2002, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Ben Nyoike Mathu and (2) Wambui Mathu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Kimani Mathu alias James Kimani 19th March, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Mathu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Ben Nyoike Mathu and (2) Wambui Mathu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimani Mathu alias James Kimani Mathu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
