THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel N. E. Kimotho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Bahati/Wendo Blcok 2/258 (Ruguru), and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succesion Cause No. E256 of 2024, has issued grant in favour of Lilian Wairimu Kimotho, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samwel N. E. Kimotho (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said Land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Lilian Wairimu Kimotho, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel N.
