THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphat Kaguo Kang’ei (ID/4922153), of P.O. Box 125–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Block II/542, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
