THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Githaiga Wahome, of P.O. Box 18354, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Piave Settlement Scheme/409, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty 19th March, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
