REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rebecca Hellen Nyoro (ID/0902623) and (2) Viola Chemeli (ID/5228354), both of P.O. Box 371, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Nandi/Kiminda/320, situate in Nandi County, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
