THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Nkatha Kirimi (ID/7742230), of P.O. Box 95– 60202, Nkubu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.60 and 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Nkuene/Ngonyi/1561 and 1966, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
