REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Menany Services Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Limited (No. CS/9831), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.03, 0.03 and 0.02 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Ntima/Igoki/6574, 6575 and 6576, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
