REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beatrice Wanjiku Ngatia, of P.O. Box 73443–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that apartment No. C5 on 2nd Floor, Block C, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 330/268, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered in Volume N83 Folio 134/1 File 25352, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
