THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS National Youth Service, of P.O. Box 30397–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.897 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 4755/VI/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as title No. C.R. 51960, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
