REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mugo Maina, of P.O. Box 2052–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1556/385, situate in South East of Naivasha Municipality in Nakuru District, registered as I.R. 184520/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
