TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th March, 2026 CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By Nzura Adhiambo Obat, of P.O. Box 90, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mikael Ogwang’a Auma, who died at Tingare East, on 15th November, 1969. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026 By Pauline Atieno Ojulu, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Agutu Abur alias Agutu w/o Muharo, who died on 5th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026 By Magret Odula Mufuaya, of P.O. Box 239–40614, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Odula alias Odhiambo Abonyo, who died at Jera Sub-location, on 8th June, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
