TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th March, 2026 CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026 By Hanah Mwihaki Ndungu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njoki Mararo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026 By Teresia Njeri Gathoni, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Gathoni Mararo, who died at Gitiba, on 19th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
