E117 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Kipchoge Kwambai and (2) Albina Saniako Cheruiyot, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Cheruiyot Kigen, who died at Kipka, on 30th January, 2023.
