TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Emily Kalumu Kaluku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mwalimu Muulu, who died at Ikutha, on 2nd June, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Jonathan Mbalu Malusi and (2) Robert Muema Mutui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert T.
Kalima, who died at Mutomo, on 30th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
