TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th March, 2026
CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2025
By Aileen Mwari Murungi, of P.O. Box 37, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baruga Mukuthuria alias M’Baruga
Mukuthuria, who died at Meru, on 8th May, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
