TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2025
By (1) Francis Kibandi Nduati, (2) Peter Njau Nduati, (3) Joseph
Ngigi Nduati and (4) James Muritu Nduati, all of P.O. Box 84–10208, Sabasaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduati Kanyoro, who died at Forthall Memorial Hospital, on 30th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025
By John Kihika Kirunga, of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Kirunga Mugane, who died at Kinyona Sub-location, on 21st October, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
