TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025
By (1) Sabina Wambui Kariuki, (2) Peris Munjiru Mwaura and (3)
Josiah Mwangi Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wanjiku Kariuki, who died at Riruta, on 28th July, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025
By Edward Chege Njihia, of P.O. Box 87–10203, Kigumo in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Njihia, who died on 12th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
