TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th March, 2026 CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026 By Ruth Kabibi Kombe, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wilson alias Grace Willson, who died on 30th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026 By Ngumbao Kazungu Jaji, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kazungu, who died on 14th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
