TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Moses Wamalwa Wakape, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Samson Wakape Fuchaka alias Samson Wakape, who died on 6th
April, 1993.
