TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Caroline Kavita Kezengwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Omoto
Otembo, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 1st
July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Lita Tatiek and (2) David Odupoi Tatiek, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Daniel Tatiek Tuke Lenchekee, who died at Kitengela Medical, on
17th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
