TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2026
By Florence Muthoki Nthenge, of P.O. Box 210–90205, Kitui in
Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthenge Kamulo Unyongoto, who died at
Kitui Nursing Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2009.
