Box 80366–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Mcharo Mwasaru, who died at Mombasa County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025 By (1) Charo Lelemoyog and (2) Lochum Lengees, both of P.O. Box 41325–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Karioki Lengees, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2025. CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025 By Ibrahim Abdallah, of P.O. Box 80401–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Binyanya Abdul Mohamed, who died at Coast General Training and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025 By (1) Nzingo Angore Chanzera, (2) Kanaa Kalama Nguma and (3) Faida Kaingu Charo, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kazungu Machembe, who died at Msoloni, Kilifi, on 6th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
