NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 154, in Volume B-13, Folio 2463/22535, File No. 1637, by our client, Ali Mohamed Omar, formerly known as Sayyid Ali Mohammed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of him former name Sayyid Ali Mohammed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ali Mohamed Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ali Mohamed Omar only.
