NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1193, in Volume D1, Folio 58/721, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Teresa Wanjiru Kiragu, formerly known as Teresa Wanjiru Kamuhia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresa Wanjiru Kamuhia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Teresa Wanjiru Kiragu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Teresa Wanjiru Kiragu only.
