NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. D-10, in Volume B-13, Folio 2483/22761, File No. 1637, by our client, Seif Mohamed Hamad Al- Mahrizy, formerly known as Seif Mohamed Hamad Abdalla, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Seif Mohamed Hamad Abdalla, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Seif Mohamed Hamad Al-Mahrizy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Seif Mohamed Hamad Al-Mahrizy only.
