NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 16, in Volume B-13, Folio 2481/22738, File No. 1637, by our client, Ogen Machocho Mwakio, of P.O. Box 86042–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ogen Machocho Mzae, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ogen Machocho Mzae, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ogen Machocho Mwakio, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ogen Machocho Mwakio only.
