THAT this Honourable Court be pleased to issue orders declaring Motor Vehicle Chassis number SR40-0017560 as an instrument or vessel used or intended for use in the commission of an offence, therefore liable for forfeiture to the Government of Kenya. 2. THAT this Honourable Court be pleased to issue orders of forfeiture of motor vehicle Chassis number SR40-0017560 to the Assets Recovery Agency on behalf of the Government of Kenya. 3. THAT this Honourable Court be pleased to issue an order directing the Director-General of the National Transport and Safety Authority to register the motor vehicle chassis number SR40-0017560 in the NTSA system in the name of the Assets Recovery Agency. 4. THAT the Honourable Court make any other ancillary order it may deem fit for the proper, fair, and effective execution of its orders. 5. THAT costs be provided for. THIS MATTER coming up on the 9th February, 2026, for mention for directions on the Origination Motion dated 23rd December, 2025, before Hon. Lady Justice Wilfrida A. THAT an order be and is hereby issued declaring Motor Vehicle Chassis No. SR40-0017560 as an instrument or vessel used or intended for use in the commission of an offence, therefore liable for forfeiture to the Government of Kenya. 2. THAT an order be and is hereby issued for the forfeiture of motor vehicle Chassis No. SR40-0017560 to the Assets Recovery Agency on behalf of the Government of Kenya. 3. THAT an order be and is hereby issued directing the Director-General of the National Transport and Safety Authority to register the motor vehicle Chassis number SR40-0017560 in the NTSA system in the name of the Assets Recovery Agency.
