PURSUANT to Standing Orders No. 28 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Nyamira County Assembly Standing Orders. It is notified for the general information of the members of the County Assembly of Nyamira and the general public that there shall be a Special Sitting for the County Assembly on Tuesday, the 17th March, 2026 at 10.00 a.m. The business to be transacted on the Special Sitting shall be: 1. Tabling of the Report of the Committee on Budget and Appropriations Committee on the County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2026/2027. 2. Giving a Notice of Motion on the Report of the Committee on Budget and Appropriations Committee on the County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2026/2027. 3. Procedural Motion to allow debate of Report of the Committee on Budget and Appropriations Committee on the County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2026/2027. 4.
