REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Khamis Mwawahadi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Ukunda/1574, situate in district of Kwale, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. E26 of 2022, has vested the property to (1) Mwanaidi Athumani Mwakitumbo and (2) Mwanaidi 13th March, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Hassan Chilulu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Khamis Mwawahadi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 42 of the said application, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Khamis Mwawahadi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
