THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nkabune Kionyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, land situate in Meru County, known as Igoji/Mweru I/354, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nkubu in Succession Cause No. E49 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to Tarasira Igoki Nkonge as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Tarasira Igoki Nkonge, (2) Francis Mbae Miriti and (3) Judith Mwimbi, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said percel of land is lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of Tarasira Igoki Nkonge as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Tarasira Igoki Nkonge, (2) Francis Mbae Miriti 1062 1062 and (3) Judith Mwimbi, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nkabune Kionyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
