THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Gicheru (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.13 acre or thereabouts, known as Loc. 17/Sabasaba/T.464, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kenol in Succession Cause No. E75 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Simon Kamande Mwangi (ID/1995588) and (2) Joseph Kamande Mwangi (ID/13277555), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Gicheru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
