GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3532

WHEREAS Walter Otieno Ogalo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Konya/772 and 517, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E89 of 2019, has issued letters of grant to Villary Amondi Ogumbo, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Villary Amondi Ogumbo and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued in respect of Walter Otieno Ogalo (deceased) are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Walter Otieno Ogalo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
