THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Kagwiria Francis, of P.O. Box 187–60200, Nkubu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.025 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Meru, registered under title No. Nkuene/U-Mikumbune/1753, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
