REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bond Street Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 426– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi District, registered under title No. KIlifi/Jimba/314, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
