THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wanjiru Ngatia (ID/2090543), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.518 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Tuarasha/2504, situate in Nyandarua County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
