THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Ngethi Nganga, of P.O. Box 86058, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those parcels of land known as subdivision. Nos. 12729/I/MN, 12747/I/MN and 12740/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 37920, 37922 and 37921 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers in respect thereof are lost/misplaced and and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period I shall proceed with the registration of the said deeds of indemnity and reconstruct the deed files as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
