THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gursharan Singh Rajbans, (2) Jaspal Singh Rajbans and (3) Daljit Singh Rajbans, as administrators of the estate of (1) Tara Singh and (2) Sohan Singh (deceased), all of P.O. Box 197– 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 451/7/XLIX, situate in Nakuru Municipality in Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 6819/1, and whereas the land register in respect 13th March, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
