REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshua Omwenga Onyari (ID/0558498), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.26 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kisii County, registered under title No. Central Kitutu/Mwamanwa/1730, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
