WHEREAS Jeremiah Sakuda Mpoyo (ID/1344344), of P.O. Box 522, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that property known as Kajiado/Ntashart/4184, situate in the Kajiado County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
