REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kitolome Alex Mughulo, of P.O. Box 12020–801000, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0119 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Majaoni/2062, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
