THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Khamis Bakari Khamis and (2) Mohamed Swaleh Aboud, both of P.O. Box 85216–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 19.08 hectares or thereabout, known as 32358 Mariakani, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as title No. C.R. 75137, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
