THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Ken Karanja Kuria, (2) Eunice Mumbi Kuria, (3) Ruth Nyanbura Kuria and (4) Grace Nyambura Kuria, as the administrators of the estate of Dorokathi Wairimu Kuria (deceased), of P.O. Box 1000–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 779/487 (Original No. 779/409/13, situate adjorning Eldoret Municipality in the Uasin Gishu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 52228/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
