NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 641, Volume DI, Folio 257/1846, File MMXXV, by our client, Peter Kimani Njoroge, of P.O. Box 62000, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kimani Gichumbi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kimani Gichumbi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Kimani Njoroge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Kimani Njoroge only.
