NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 815, in Volume D1, Folio 47/608, File MMXXVI, by our client, Stephanie Waithera Gikang’a, formerly known as Stephanie Waithera Gitiya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Stephanie Waithera Gitiya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephanie Waithera Gikang’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Stephanie Waithera Gikang’a only.
