NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 310, in Volume D1, Folio 29/454, File MMXXVI, by our Client, (1) Bakari Yusuf Mwabasi and (2) Jackyne Gombe (guardians), both of P.O. Box 541–40400, Suna-Migori in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Darvin Cisse Mwabasi (minor), formerly known as Darvin Cisse, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Darvin Cisse, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Darvin Cisse Mwabasi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Darvin Cisse Mwabasi only.
